Coffee Daydreams is a labor of love for me. Frankly, I can't afford to enjoy fine wines and so I enjoy fine coffees. Good coffee has an aroma and taste that can lift your day out of whatever doldrums you find yourself. Coffee is one of those topics and hobbies that you can enjoy immediately, and then spend the rest of your adult life in an enjoyable pursuit of further information and history. You get to sample the results of your education by sitting down with a good cup of coffee. Even better, you can share the results of your hobby with your spouse, your family and your friends, who will greatly appreciate your coffee skills. A spectactular cup of coffee is a treasure. The excitement of discovery more and more about coffee history and techniques is something that will stay with you for the rest of your life.
